The Company provides aviation-related services including:

  • Private helicopter charters
  • Corporate and VIP flights
  • Medical evacuation (medevac)
  • Scenic and tourism flights
  • Aerial operations

All services are:

  • Subject to operational availability
  • Dependent on weather, safety, and regulatory clearance
  • Governed by aviation laws and Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) requirements (Mayfair Aviation Limited)

 

3. Inquiry & Booking Terms

  • Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking
  • Quotes are indicative and subject to change
  • Confirmed bookings require written acceptance and full or agreed payment

 

4. Safety & Operational Authority

  • The pilot in command has absolute authorityover flight decisions
  • Flights may be delayed, rerouted, or cancelled due to:
    • Weather
    • Safety risks
    • Regulatory restrictions

No liability arises from safety-based operational decisions.

 

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate information (weight, passengers, medical needs)
  • Comply with crew instructions at all times
  • Follow aviation safety regulations

Failure may result in denied boarding without refund.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Liability is limited to the value of the contracted service
  • No guarantees are made regarding timing due to aviation unpredictability

 

7. Third-Party Services

We may coordinate:

  • Ground transport
  • Medical teams
  • Lodges or tourism operators

We are not liable for third-party service failures.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by the Company and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
